You may have read a headline very similar to this if you live in the UK around about January of this year in many of the local and national newspapers.

Anyway…
Well I saw it and like many others who may have seen it I felt lucky. I was not one of those 2million. I was working in the city as a plumbers mate earning £120 per day. This was great Friday pay days, designer clothes, weekends partying and sometimes even 2 extra shifts on double pay. I believe we like to call it ‘GOOD TIMES’.
Just to add to the Good times I had booked a lad’s holiday to Cancun for spring break, a trip to see the opening night of cirque du soleil in Montréal, and had planned to put down a deposit for my house on my 25th birthday in September.
Things were looking good until end of February 2009 that’s right you probably guessed it UNEMPLOYMENT HIT along with the cancellation of Cancun, going to see the circus and out the window with the house.
As a 24 year old lad that was depressing I am not going to lie to you, how ever I am sure you can relate to something very similar or you would not have been reading a blog on ‘HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE RECESSION!!’
5 MONTHS ON….AND
Well things are looking up I decided I wanted to be my own boss. So I have started my own promotions and event Management Company Glamour& Glow Ltd. Most people can not afford to buy so more people are looking to rent,
